Shipping & Delivery Policy
We process and dispatch orders within 24 hours on our operating days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders received outside these days are processed on the next operating day.
The delivery of the order will take a minimum of 3 days and may take up to 7 days, depending on various factors.
We deliver within India, excluding Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Nagaland. Delivery remains subject to courier serviceability. For help confirming delivery availability in your area, email smartdrop006@gmail.com with your PIN code before ordering.
Shipment status updates
Order Placed
The order has been successfully placed and is awaiting processing. You will receive an update as soon as the order enters the next stage of fulfillment.
Processing
Your order is currently being processed. Our team is confirming product availability and preparing your items for shipment. You will be notified once it is ready for dispatch.
Ready to Ship
Your order has been packed and is ready for shipment. The final quality checks have been completed, and your package is awaiting the carrier pickup.
Dispatched
Your order has been dispatched and is now en route to its destination. The shipment is in transit and should reach the delivery center shortly. You will receive tracking information for real-time updates.
Out for Delivery
Your package is now out for delivery and will arrive at your specified address shortly. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Processing and delivery details
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on our operating days. Dispatch is when the parcel is handed to the courier; it is not the delivery date.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sunday & public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 0-2 days.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
We Are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 24 hours on our operating days after order and payment confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Additional delivery and cancellation information
Remote-area delivery: The standard delivery estimate above is 3–7 days. As an exception for remote locations, delivery may take up to 15 days.
Shipping charges: Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Cancellation before dispatch: Eligibility depends on the product and its processing stage. Please email smartdrop006@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. A request is confirmed only after Smartbuzz has reviewed the order and replied. For orders already dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email us with your order number so we can help check the shipment. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.
